Time Odyssey Teacher Information Session

Get out of the classroom and journey back in time! Take a free digital adventure through your local museum collections.

Time Odyssey is an interactive gamified learning experience at museums across the UK designed for Key Stage 2 students. Through the course of their adventure, students will meet characters and tackle challenges with them to explore objects and collections from across the world – realised through augmented reality technology. Each activity involves working together, developing key skills and, importantly, having fun!  

Schools can apply for a transport grant towards cost of their travel to Manchester Museum. Find out more at a short online information session for invited teachers and school leaders, after which you will receive your exclusive booking link for this limited KS2 offer for 2025-26. 

The session will:

• Give a brief introduction to Manchester Museum, its amazing collections, and its offer for schools
• Give details about Time Odyssey so you can decide if it is right for your class
• Help you make the most of your class's Time Odyssey experience 
• Explain how to book and how to claim the travel funding
