Refund policy

Refunds and cancellations:

Our programmes are popular and get booked up in advance.

If you need to cancel your booking, we ask that you try to do that with as much notice as possible so that your slot can be made available for other schools. 

If you have a paid-for booking, we can provide a refund if the cancellation is requested within 28 days of your scheduled visit.
