The session then walks students through a case scenario where students find a “mystery amphibian” specimen, which can only be \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW175997396 BCX8\"\u003eidentified\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW175997396 BCX8\"\u003e through a DNA comparison, \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW175997396 BCX8\"\u003efacilitated\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW175997396 BCX8\"\u003e by the PCR technique, between previously \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW175997396 BCX8\"\u003eidentified\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW175997396 BCX8\"\u003e amphibian and this unknown specimen.
